Condenado O Conselheiro Presidencial Roro Nelson para viajar para o Haiti, diz fonte

BOSTON, EUA (defend.ht) - O cargo de Assessor Presidencial Ronald "Roro" Nelson anunciou que Nelson, tendo tido seu passaporte confiscado por um juiz de agredir fisicamente uma mulher, seria liberado para viajar para o Haiti no sábado.
Conforme Rádio Kiskeya , in a press release signed by Jean Sonny, the office said Nelson only needs to fulfill a demand of the court to appear before a judge. The press release said Nelson would arrive in Haiti on Saturday and would hold a press conference for the media.
Ronald "Roro" Nelson foi considerado culpado no Tribunal Civil Dorchester, em Boston, Massachusetts, por um júri de 12 presidida pelo juiz David Poole.
The plaintiff, a 45 year old woman, testified that she had tried to collect a debt of $3,000.00 [US] from the defendant, Mr. Nelson.
Court records say that a violent altercation broke out between the two that began verbal. Nelson landed a violent slap and ripped synthetic hair from the victims scalp. The victim's skirt had been ripped and she was stabbed with car keys on her cheek.
Nelson was found guilty on two counts, assault and assault with a deadly weapon. With seven votes, jurors found the defendant guilty. He is sentenced to twelve months of probation and must report regularly to a probation officer for the first four months. Furthermore, Nelson had his passport confiscated and may not leave the city with approval from his probation officer.
