And as far as piece of the pie, I got paid, I felt like I was worth more but then again I am not an owner. I knew there would be a ceiling as far as my income within the institution”.
The singer rejects all other rumors of alleged disrespect that could break the camel's back. He stands he just wanna work on his own projects. "I took the decision to go solo; even though I know it won’t be easy. But I would say that's a new page. The music has just begun," Olivier said.
The singer confirmed further he has projects with Mika Benjamin as his Producer. “But we do not have any projects to put a Carimi/Kreyol La/T-Vice like band together”.
T-Vice staff has made no official statement regarding the resignation of Olivier Duret. But on Facebook, Roberto Martino, T-vice lead singer, confirmed "Olivier has made it clear in his statement that he wants to go solo, I can only wish him well!"
