Gracia Delva Appointed Chairman of House Commission

Deputy Gracia Delva was appointed Chairman of the Culture, Communication and Tourism Committee of the Chamber of Deputies during an appointment meeting this past weekend.
The former lead of Mass Kompa, now the representative of Marchand Dessalines, will preside as head of the commission because of his long career in Haiti and abroad, according to the First Secretary of the Chamber of Deputies Guy Gerard Georges.
Also to serve on this committee is Secretary, and Former Journalist and representative from Gros-Morne, Fritz Chery.
11 Committees were formed during the weekend in the lower house. Committees are as follows: business social and rights of women; culture, tourism and communication; public health and population; Justice, Interior and territorial communities; decentralization, border development, agriculture and environment; economy, finance and trade and budget; Foreign Affairs, worship, Haitians living has abroad; Ethics and anti corruption; work public-transport and telecommunications; planning and external cooperation.
