The leader of the FRN which has escaped several attempts by authorities to apprehend him, and assassination attempts.
Philippe argues that currently there are no warrants, local or international, standing for his arrest.
"In a letter that she addressed me in response to a request for information on alleged charges of American justice against my person, ex-Ambassador of the United States, at Port-au-Prince, Janet Ann Sanderson clearly denied the existence of such charges and denied U.S. [DEA] involvement in the raids aimed at me," added Guy Philippe.
Philippe said he will pursue legal action against those who continue to persecute him, so that they may be forced to identify themselves and explain their grievances and produce the warrants that they claim.
