Haiti: TS Isaac Threatens to be Hurricane by Weekend

MIAMI, USA (defend.ht) - A tropical storm named Isaac located east of the lesser Antilles is expected to be Hurricane Isaac when it passes directly over Port-au-Prince, Haiti on Saturday morning.

In-Depth Look At Tropical Storm Isaac
The tropical storm had become well organized in recent days but has sustained maximum wind speeds of 45 miles per hour.
