Digicel Names New Corporate Sales Director

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (defend.ht/Digicel) - In order to continue providing a world class service to its subscribers, Digicel announced today the appointment of Carl Momplaisir as the new Corporate Sales Manager at Digicel. Mr. Momplaisir held the same position within the company, Voila, now sees his functions extended.

Mr. Momplaisir's primary mission will be to continue and increase further the activities of Corporate Sales. In this sense, all existing plans will be maintained for the time and range of products and services will be expanded in the future. And with the recent launch of Digicel's 4G network, customers of both companies, all over the country, can benefit from highly responsive plans.

Carl Momplaisir report directly to Chief Executive Officers of both companies.

Before joining Voila, Momplaisir worked in many companies established both in Haiti and abroad. He will now have responsibility for, among other things, increase the sales force of Voila and Digicel to develop new commercial offerings tailored to the needs of both business rather than individuals.

Commenting on his appointment, the new Director said "I am delighted to join the Digicel family. I will make every effort to make sure that corporate customers of both companies enjoy a personalized service to international level they deserve."

"Carl Momplaisir brings his experience and has achieved excellent results in managing the direction of the Voila corporation and the establishment of a strong network. He has extensive experience in various companies. And we believe he will also contribute to strengthening the presence of Voila and Digicel in the market," this was the optimistic view of Mr Noel Herrity, the new CEO of Voila.
