Hercules showed confidence about the abilities of the new dean to take Casimir's place, Raymond Jean-Michel, to properly perform the task. His biggest wish is that it achieves a positive balance trial court like hs predecessor.
Recalling that the dean's mission is essential to ensure the efficient administration of the civil court, the president downplayed reports that management problem of a complaint that was filed against former President Jean-Bertrand Aristide would be necessitating the replacement of the judge Jocelyne Casimir. The transfer of a criminal record whatsoever, is a mere formality, tempers Carlos Hercules.
The former Dean made its debut last Friday at the Court of Appeal, in a ceremony at which Ms. Casimir declared itself ready to get to school from his elders.
For his part, Mr. Raymond Jean-Michel has been installed on the same day as Dean of the Civil Court of the capital.
