The spokesman of the commission, Ansyto Felix, noted that the few achievements that could be included in the assessment of Head of State, were projects already begun under the administration of President Rene Preval, his predecessor.
Mr. Felix cited among other things, the opening of certain infrastructures, including schools and public procurement and the launch of the housing credit "Kay Pa m".
"We can obviously write a review of the different tours and visits of President Martelly to several regions of the country and abroad, however," called Ansyto Felix, "demagogic tours conducted in the regions were to seek the support of citizens on matters relating to the designation and ratification of a new prime minister."
Felix also critiqued the education program, said to be free and compulsory education that was realized this year.

For his part, former member of parliament Lionel Etienne, executive committee member of the Lavalas organization, confirms the intention of the organization to participate the next election.
"Lavalas is the political organization more structured and better organized in the country," Etienne said, adding that "the coming electoral contest presents a new opportunity to organize the show."
Criticising once moreover, the exclusion of his organizations in recent elections, Lionel Etienne calls on all members and supporters of the "majority organization" to remain engaged and work to strengthen the cells of reflections for a good participation in the upcoming electoral contests
