Haiti: Nossa Senhora em Petit Goave profanado por vândalos

Petit-Goâve, Haiti (defend.ht) - Na noite de 9 de março a 10 de vândalos, não identificado, ter manchado de lama do altar da Igreja Católica "Notre-Dame de Petit-Goave" no oeste do Haiti. Contaminaram todos os símbolos: o crucifixo, a tabela ea imagem da Virgem Maria.
Haiti Press Network reported the parish priest Father Boniface calling this an act of desecration, abomination, immorality, persecution and asks the Christians to continue to pray and not to be discouraged at this time of Lent.
Another priest speaks of "sacrilege". Catholic Christians of Petit Goave strongly condemn this act of defilement. They interpret this as an act of vandalism and folly.
For now, all religious activities are suspended within the confines of the Catholic Church in Petit-Goave pending the decision of higher authorities, said Father Boniface.
Remember that many similar acts were committed last year in Catholic churches in northern Haiti and even in Masonic temples. Religious leaders (Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, voodoo) raised then unanimously their voice to condemn these actions.
The perpetrators were never found.
