Especialistas forenses descer em Notre Dame Cap-Haitien, Fiel Instado a manter a calma

Cap-Haitien, Haiti - especialistas forenses policiais chegaram terça-feira em Cap-Haitien para avaliar os danos e profanação que ocorreu no sábado na Catedral de Notre Dame du Cap-Haitien.
Vandals destroyed the Vatican flag, statues of saints and several sacred objects. Those individuals left behind leaflets unfavorable to Catholicism and the Pope.
Members of the forensics team were accompanied by a lawyer from the Haitian Conference of Bishops, Mr Aviola Fleurant who seeks to trace the identity of the criminals.
The faithful have been encouraged to remain calm and avoid being manipulated by lawless individuals who seek to promote violence. The mission asked them to rely instead on the judicial authorities to shed light on the incidents.
