Morgan Trent pase tan nan Ayiti Pandan NFL verouyaj

OHIO, USA - Cincinnati Bengals kwen Morgan Trent boule kèk jou an Ayiti ak yon gwoup legliz, menm jan li dirije renesans, rasanbleman ak vizite lopital, prizon ak òfelina.

After his six day trip he spoke to Joe Reedy from Cincinatti News about what he saw:

"It's still unbelievable seeing the living conditions over there and how they carry on and manage to live"

"You have no idea about the conditions until you see them first-hand. How they are living and continuing to survive are examples of true faith."

"The trip to the orphanage was heartbreaking because you see so many children without parents. The trip to the prison, though, had the most impact. To see how many people are in a cell and how they live, you wonder how they sleep at night."

"It definitely was a life-changing trip. You see how much excess we have and then you see the people in Haiti and the faith that they have with so little and what has happened to them over the years with the earthquake. The U.N. has called it a fifth-world country."

"When you can see what we could do over there with that money, you see what's important. I definitely plan on going back there at some point. There are a lot of people in difficult situations and I love to share my faith with them."

Trent spent most of last season on injured reserve with a knee injury. He told Reedy that it is now 100% and that he is training in Atlanta until the lockout is over.
