SEN DOMENG, Dom-Rep (defend.ht) - Prezidan Michel Martelly e kontre l 'Leonel Fernandez te siyen Lendi, 26 mas, sèt akò de koperasyon yo e yon memorandòm nan Konprann, pandan vizit la nan tèt ayisyen nan Eta nan Repiblik Dominikèn.
These agreements cover trade, tourism, security, and investment, according to information published by the Dominican newspaper, Listin Diario.
A Haitian-Dominican Memorandum of Understanding between supported by Venezuela creating a fund to help rebuild Haiti was signed by both heads of state.
Emphasis was placed on security at the border in these agreements. Both Presidents intend to fight against crime, drug trafficking, arms trafficking and human smuggling, according to the Dominican Chancellor, Morales Troncoso.
