Michaëlle Jean en Haití para ayudar a que avance Meta Presidencial de Educación Pública

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haití (defend.ht) - El ex gobernador general de Canadá, Michaelle Jean, regresó a Haití el miércoles como parte de una Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO), enviado a recorrer el país y ayudar a con la reconstrucción del sistema educativo.
It was reported that her trip will focus in the regions of Port-au-Prince, Léogâne, Jacmel and Cap Haitien, and Mrs. Jean has said that UNESCO has funds that could aid in the government's program of offering public education.
The former Governor General of Canada met with President Michel Martelly and plans to meet with the rector of the State University of Haiti (UEH) regarding a teacher training project supported by UNESCO.
The Canadian Press is currently examining the travels of the Mrs. Jean saying that she has used state planes for personal and vacation travel. The press is digging up records from January 2006 to September 2010.
