Bureau des procureurs commandes Détention de tous les fonctionnaires du SCEP

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haïti - Le chef du Bureau du Procureur du Tribunal Civil de Port-au-Prince, M. Harycidas Auguste, a envoyé un ordre de détention, à la demande de la Haute Cour, le Directeur général de l' Service de l'immigration et de l'émigration de tenir les membres du CEP mis à la terre.
Selon Radio Kiskeya , in the order, the Chief Prosecutor asked the Immigration and Emmigration Director to formally, with all his services at the borders and maritime, land and air, ensure that members of the Council Electoral provisional (CEP) can not leave the territory of the Republic until a further order.
The implications of these motions concern the President of the CEP, Gaillot Dorsinvil; the Vice-President of the Council, Thélève Jean Pierre Toussaint; other members: Ribel Pierre, Anthénor Warrior, Leonel Raphael, Jacques Belzin, Laurette Croyance. Ms. Ginette Cherub, who had announced his resignation of the electoral body, is also under the measurement, and the Director General of the electoral institution, Pierre Louis Opont.
This provision was made at the request of the President of the Senate, Rodolphe Joazile, himself and the Senate Commission of Inquiry into corruption at the level of the CEP, including on the publication of the results of the latest legislation.
In a letter May 17 to the President of the large body, the Chairman of the Committee, Senator Youri Latortue (Artibonite, North, AAA) stressed that "evidence has already been gathered and in order to avoid any leak abroad of members of the CEP, it would be useful that interim measures be taken against all members of the electoral body".
The CEP has been very maligned since the publication of the results of recent legislation. Parliamentarians and candidates publicly accused him of having tampered with votes cast against large sums of money. The President of the Republic, Michel Martelly Joseph, had demanded the opening of an investigation into the disturbing allegations against the electoral body.
