Roberto Martino Files Charges for Facebook Death Threats

Roberto Martino, lead singer of T-Vice, has apparently filed a police report against radio and television personality, Josias Pierre, for death threats sent on facebook.
Josias is expected to show up at the Petion-Ville police precinct Wednesday to turn himself in. The commissioner of police, Vanel Lacroix told us he faces charges of assault from reported death threats.
Pierre contends that Martino is reacting to news that he would not be playing any songs of T-Vice during his shows. The repotr filed by Martino claims the incident leading up to the police report being filed began on the facebook wall of promoter, Junior Moshino, where the threats began.
Roberto wrote in his own words:
"This issue with Josias Pierre dates way back to When he had asked me a brand new car to work on the promotion of an album that we had just released..
I bought him a brand new "Remote control" car and asked him to come pick it up at my house...When he found out that it wasn't a real car he made many threats about breaking the band etc but I never paid attention to him..This story made big headlines on Ticket mag way back etc..throughout the years josias still talked trash about me wherever he ended up working but I never paid attention to him until monday night.
Moskino in Canada opened a Thread on facebook asking people to contact him for promotional cds of another band and tagged me. Josias entered the post and started throwing jabs at T-Vice knowing that I would read them. That's when I told him that if he had received the real car that he wanted, it wouldn't have been aba T-Vice but rather Viv T-Vice...He responded with many insults towards me and my family. He went into all kinds of details calling me all kinds of names and ended it with some threats... When he could not get the reaction that he wanted from me he started sending in box messages which were threatening my life..Now, I'm not gonna take his threats lightly anymore!
I went the legal route...I showed all his threats to the Police. Everything is in the hands of the concerned authorities right now...It has nothing to do with me anymore...This morning I was told that they went after josias at the radio station where he is working for questioning and as soon as he heard the cops were there he fled the scene putting himself in deeper trouble..
To me this whole saga was the past, I moved on but now that Josias has taken it to another level with his deep insults and threats, It left me no other choice than to contact the Concerned Authorities.
Martino said that he took the threats seriously especially during his short stay in Haiti. Josias has since rejected the accusations saying that there is no real justification.

This is what Josias wrote as his version of the feud:
