Celebrities Attend Black Carpet for New Education Benefit for Haiti

BEVERLY HILLS, USA - As news was breaking last night of Sean Penn and Garcelle Beauvais' private rendevous, a few blocks away actor, Gerard Butler, and other celebrities were attending “A Ring to Educate a Child in Haiti,” benefit.

It was a black carpet affair as Butler joined screenwriter, Paul Haggis and actress, AnnaLynne McCord .

Vhernier and Artists for Peace & Justice hosted the event that would have a $1370 ring, if purchased would pay for the tuition of a student at Saint Luc Street Schools and the Academy for Peace and Justice in Haiti.

People aren't saying whether this will be part of a greater mission for the celebs but Annalynne did just dye her hair black , if that's any indication. More Photos at JustJared.com
