Michel Martelly Broke the Trust

The government of Michel Joseph Martelly has conceded more of Haiti's sovereignty than that of Jean-Bertrand Aristide, Rene Preval and the Duvaliers, two. Martelly went to great lengths to do it, even so far as to break an oath, a trust, that he had with the Haitian people.
The Breaking of the Trust
There is one fundamental duty required of a president; whether he is the president of the United States, Canada, France or Haiti, he has only the sole responsibility of observing and enforcing the constitution.
This responsibility is the trust that the people put in their president and Michel Martelly has not kept that trust. This is grave because trust in any relationship is all that either party has and what we have today as president is a man that has not honored a trust, not honored an oath.
Before taking office, the President of the Republic shall take the following oath before the National Assembly: "I swear before God and the Nation faithfully to observe and enforce the Constitution and the laws of the Republic, to respect and cause to be respected the rights of the Haitian people, to work for the greatness of the country, and to maintain the nation's independence and the integrity of its territory". - The Constitution of Haiti, ARTICLE 135-1
These were empty words to Michel Martelly because in his designation for Dr. Garry Conille for Prime Minister he did not observe nor enforce ARTICLE 157-5 which reads clearly and unequivocally:
To be appointed Prime Minister, a person must have resided in the country for five (5) consecutive years.
Conille has not maintained a residence in Haiti since 2004 and it was discovered that he had not held property nor paid any taxes since at least 2007.
Michel Martelly himself admitted these facts saying: "The fact that he has not resided in Haiti for the past five years, is not a hidden history..."
Many people may say that expecting someone to maintain residence in Haiti for five years before ascending to power is too much to ask, but how, for those same people, it isn't too much to ask the population to have to deal with this person being in power for 5 years?
It matters not an individuals sentiments of the law, what matter is that the law is respected. What matter is that the integrity of our union is observed and enforced and it was not with Conille's nomination.
Hide your kids,
Hide your wife
and Hide your husband,
they raping everybody out here
The End Result
It is without a doubt that Garry Conille was not chosen by Michel Martelly, he was conceded by Michel Martelly. He was brought to us by the United Nations who now has more control in the country than in its more than 60 year presence there.
This matter is not a small matter that should be overlooked. Our last great president was President Magloire, who after Hurricane Hazel in 1954 was corrupted when the United Nations first entered Haiti.
From 1955-1957, 4 governments took power in Haiti including a military junta.
In the fall of 1957, Francois "Papa Doc" Duvalier took power and installed a dictatorship which was overthrown, without the assistance of NATO countries.
Since then, it is no secret that there has been a consistent decline in the states ability to represent and help its people, and through all of this, the United Nations was there.
The UN, USAID and Bill Clinton's policies have destroyed Haiti's agriculture, contaminated the country's natural water supplies and is raping woman and man in the country.
This is pandora's box. Michel Martelly has set the precedent that we are no longer a sovereign nation. He has declared that we are the Republic of NGOs and the first and only state of the United Nations.
These are our circumstances under this president.
We post, you decide.
